Spa Booking Information
On Arrival
As a courtesy to all our guests, we operate a prompt appointment schedule. We advise you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment commences. A late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced or unable to be honoured
On arrival please check in at the spa desk where you will be given your locker key and a printed copy of your personal itinerary. If you have not pre booked lunch but wish to you can do this now .if you wish to book any more treatments on the day we will do our very best to accommodate your request but this may not always be possible. we do recommend advanced booking.
What to Bring
You will find a freshly laundered bathrobe with disposable slippers in you locker which is available for your use whilst at our spa.
Don’t forget your favorite book and swimming costume.
If on a package you will also find a selection of magazines and mp3 players which are available to borrow at reception.
In the changing rooms the showers are equipped with body wash , shampoo and conditioner. We provide hair dryers cleansing lotion and body moisturisers.
Payment Details
All larger treatments and packages are prepaid at the time of making the reservation. If you are making a booking with a gift voucher or for a smaller treatment a valid credit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Please note if you need to cancel or rearrange your booking for individual treatments we will require 48 hours or you will be charged the full amount.
Cancellations on group packages, full and half day packages will require a 7 day notice to avoid full charge of services booked
All cancellations and refunds will be given in the form of a Simpsons gift voucher.
Cash refunds are not available.
Contra Indications
Please inform us of any health related problems prior to any treatments to ensure treatments are not contra- indicated.
For example pregnancy, allergies, diabetes, blood pressure, epilepsy, thyroid, heart conditions.
Simpsons cannot take any responsibility for any unknown allergies or reactions.
Food
If you are not on a spa package and would like lunch or dinner in the hotel we recommend making a restaurant reservation as we cannot guarantee the availability.
Lunch is included in our half and full day packages.
Upgrades
Special rates apply to all spa guests on full or half day packages wishing to upgrade to an overnight or weekend stay including breakfast and dinner.
If you are not on a full or half day spa package the full hotel prices will apply.

Other Terms & Conditions
Mobile phones should be switched off whilst in and around the spa.
Simpsons are not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.
*Guests wishing to use the spa hot tub who are not on a spa package can do so when booked in for treatments of a value of £150 or more.
*The hotel pool and leisure facilities are only available for guests on a full day package or guests staying over night at the hotel.
*May we politely remind guests that locker keys towels and robes must be returned at the end of your time with us. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in a £50 replacement fee.
Prices are correct at time of going to print and are subject to alteration without prior notice.
