Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us (Simpsons Lincoln Ltd) you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, (Confirmation of Order) and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
Payments
Payments may be made online by Visa, MasterCard or Switch card. Cheques must be paid in advance and must be cleared before delivery. All retail prices include VAT at it's current rate.

Delivery
We currently only deliver within the UK mainland. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, most goods delivered within 10 days.
Returns Policy
Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exhanged for cash.All other goods can be returned within 7days of purchase and the buyers own cost. Upon receipt of goods a refund will be made excluding any delivery costs.
