If your order was for an E-voucher, your printable voucher should land in your inbox within 30 minutes (during our normal working hours). If we are closed your vouchers can take up to 24 hours to be delivered. If you cannot see your voucher please also check your spam or junk mail before contacting us.
If you requested your gift voucher to be posted, this will be be sent today. All vouchers are posted first class Monday-Friday. Although vouchers are posted first class we cannot guarantee when you will receive the voucher as this is in the hands of Royal mail.
We are unable to reissue 'lost in the post' vouchers until 7 working days from the date when the voucher was sent.
After this time if you have not received your voucher, please email us or call us on 01522 797989 opt 1 and we will void the original voucher code and reissue a new voucher.
If your order was for a product, we will post this order within 24hrs Monday -Friday. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be send on Monday (excluding bank holidays)
