Instore Terms and Conditions for Purchases

When purchasing instore, please note we operate a no refund policy, and all goods are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds and exchanges on any products or gift vouchers purchased instore. We can only accept returns for faulty goods, in accordance with customer’s statutory rights but unfortunately not for unwanted items. If you believe you have any faulty goods, you must inform us within 30 days of purchase. Any faulty goods must be returned in its original condition and packaging with a proof of purchase, where we will endeavour to offer an exchange or replacement, and if necessary a refund will be given.

Simpsons (Lincoln) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any reactions or side effects you may have to any skincare products purchased. No refunds or exchanges will be given should you have a reaction or any side effects.
