This course is for learners wanting to begin to work in the beauty therapy industry or to upskill on existing beauty skills to provide eyelash and eyebrow treatments. This short course will allow learners to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to provide lash and brow treatments allowing them to develop a range of skills, techniques and personal qualities for a successful performance in the beauty therapy industry, on an employed or self-employed basis. It covers the use of consultation techniques to establish the treatment and outcomes required by the client. You will need to be able to provide eyebrow shaping and artificial lash treatments using a variety of work techniques. You will also need to be able to tint eyebrows and lashes for clients with different colouring characteristics.
This training course and the qualification is delivered over 3 weeks, with learners attending 1 day per week. These courses are shorter, focused and fast to complete, making them perfect for therapists looking to upskill, expand their treatment list or work towards a full qualification at their own pace. Each individual unit is delivered as a shorter, intensive course with flexible part-time study options designed to suit busy learners.
