Our 10ft sunken heated hydrotherapy spa is our largest water facility fitting up to 10 guests in at once, making it the perfect social space to relax in with jets and seating for a relaxing hydro massage or swim continuously on the spot against the built in current system located in the centre.

Heated up to 39c, the American whirlpool hot tub is perfect for all year round relaxation with space for 10 guests at once, feel the warmth of the water as the hydrotherapy jets from the lounging beds or seats to release tension, aches and pains. Strategically positioned jets target specific pain zones that contain muscular trigger points. Precisely locating the correct size jet and massaging action where they are most effective is key to relieving pain and stiffness throughout the entire body. The Zone Therapy concept has been designed by medical specialists in the fields of physical rehabilitation and massage therapy.

This hot tub is our smallest of them all, seating up to 4 guests, its perfect for relaxing with a jet against your back it the open air with a cocktail in hand. We adjust the temperature of the tub to suit the weather, on a cold and frosty winters day we heat this tub up to 40c and on a warm summers day we cool this tub to a cool but enjoyable water temperature.

A wet, steam room infused with salt and essential oils, inhaling the salty air (known as halotherapy) has health benefits particularly for the respiratory system and skin.

Plunge into the cold water to invigorate all of your senses. Recommended between heat experiences to kick start your muscles recovery mode. Cold water plunge pools have been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine. A 30 second dip is enough to bring a host of therapeutic benefits and stimulate the whole body.

Be outside, pause and appreciate, starry nights, falling snow, changing leaves, glorious sunsine. Relax in the open air with the serenity of nature, enjoy the everchanging seasons as the elements surround you, enjoy mindful moments as the trees sway in the backdrop. The spa garden has a place for everyone. Lounge on the loungers, take a seat on the quaint garden tables & chairs listening to the birds, chill out in the garden summer cabin or simply enjoy some drinks in our garden igloo domes.

This is a must and fun experience. Perfect to share with a friend or partner. After entering the private and beautiful temple you will lavish the finest muds over the face and body. The temple gradually warms, while steam gently fills the temple prior to a tropical monsoon being gently dispensed from the ceiling to wash away the mud. This treatment is known for its healing properties as well as relaxing the muscles. The Rasul mud temple will improve skin texture, detoxify and soothe, leaving the skin soft and renewed. This experience is not included as part of our spa facilities use and an extra charge will apply of £30 per person if you wish to add this on to your booking. Pre booking is advised to allow enough time.

Our knowledgeable therapists will carry out a consultation prior to your treatment and give expert homecare advice to ensure you continue to get the most from your treatments even when you leave the spa.

Our comfortable treatment rooms all have relaxing mood lighting, soft music, climate control and heated massage beds for your comfort.

We have a range of single treatment rooms and dual treatment rooms for those who want to enjoy a treatment together with a friend or loved one.

Our Spa offers the perfect venue for any occasion. Whether it’s a birthday, hen/stag party or work function, we can cater for your every need.

Enjoy the whole building with private carpark and outside spa area all to yourselves for either half a day or a full day or evening for up to 20 people.

What’s included: full use of the spa garden thermal facilities and relax areas, including robe and towel use whilst at the spa for up to 30 guests, a minimum of two Spa hosts on hand to serve you drinks throughout your visit. A dedicated front of house team on hand during your visit. 1 glass of prosecco per person on arrival per person.

Treatments can be added on for a few or all guests who are part of your party. Pre booking for this is required and we can arrange up to 10 therapists to be available based on your pre booking treatments requirements, additional charges apply for all treatments, please see our treatment list for treatment options.

We can arrange onsite catering for afternoon teas, grazing tables and more (additional charges apply).
