PROFHILO® is best known as an award-winning injectable for improving the skin on the face. Profhilo® is a type of injectable rejuvenation treatment, and unlike dermal fillers it is not designed to add volume to the skin, or restrict movement in the facial muscles. Instead, this anti-ageing hydration treatment contains high levels of hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring compound which immediately hydrates and helps tighten the skin as well as improving tone, texture and elasticity.As we age, the presence of hyaluronic acid in the skin naturally starts to drop, which causes the skin to lose its natural firmness and elasticity. Most people begin to see the effects of hyaluronic acid depletion as they reach their 30s – and Profhilo® is the perfect treatment for anyone looking to counteract this.
Profhilo is a water-like gel that is commonly injected across your face, now PROFHILO® Body provides a radical treatment for skin laxity (loose skin) to help tackle the signs of ageing and sagging tissue on body areas and can also effectively be used for rejuvenating the neck, décolleté, arms, knees and hands.
It has a similar constancy to honey, so it spreads and disperses out beneath your skin, stimulating collagen and elastin to plump the skin and improve skin tone, texture, and elasticity. The result is an overall more youthful, hydrated, glowing complexion. For best results we recommend 2 sessions over a period of 4-6weeks.
