Skin sensitivity test required. In order to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction it is important that you attend one of our branches for a skin sensitivity test to this treatment 24-48 hours prior. We recommend you attend before each treatment application, however it is only essential to attend if you are a new customer to Simpsons Beauty Group and  having this treatment for the first time with us, returning to us after a 6 month break from the treatment, have had any changes to your medical situation or any new vaccines. No appointment is necessary for a skin sensitivity test, simply pop into any branch during our opening times and one of our reception team will apply a small amount of product to your skin to help reduce the risk of a reaction.

It is the client’s responsibility to attend for a skin sensitivity test, should you turn up for your appointment and you have not attended for the correct skin sensitivity test prior, then our therapist will be unable to perform the treatment, however, the wasted appointment time will still need to be charged in line with our cancellation policy and will be charged as a no show. Simpsons cannot be held responsible should you attend your treatments without having a sensitivity test. A skin sensitivity test only reduces the risk of an reaction, it doesn’t guarantee you won’t have one, as allergies can develop at any time.
