Details
A chemical peel is a more advanced facial treatment involving the application of acids to lift and remove the surface layers of skin cells, to bring more lasting changes to the skin, revealing a smoother, brighter and rejuvenated appearance.
For optimal results, we recommend 3-6 Peel treatments with a 2 week gap in-between each peel. 2 courses of peels recommended per year.
Types of Peels?
Alpha-hydroxy (AHA) Peels: AHA peels are among the gentlest peels because they penetrate only the stratum corneum, the outermost layer of skin. Glycolic acid is the AHA in our Skinceuticals Peels that are excellent for treating mild pigmentation, fine lines, and mild to moderate acne. Both promote collagen and elastin production to combat fine lines and wrinkles and help to disperse surface pigment.

The lactic acid ingredient has an exfoliating action as well as a moisturising function, which makes this peel good for menopausal women, frequent travellers, anyone with a drier skin and can be used to treat problematic skin (with or without breakouts),
This gel peel can be used for any gender, any age group and any fitzpatrick skin type.
Downtime: No downtime or irritation.
