Anti-wrinkle injections are commonly referred to as ‘Botox’ injections – They cause the upper face muscles to relax, smoothing out wrinkles mainly on the forehead, between the eyes, and around the eyes. Our nurse can also use anti wrinkle injections to treat other concerns such as gummy smile to reduce the look of an overly visible gum line, Masseter which slims the jaw, or to reduce underarm sweating. Anti-wrinkle injections are the treatment of choice to smooth lines on the upper face area. For lines on the cheeks, between nose to mouth, lines on the top lip, or marionette lines – Dermal Filler is the best treatment option for the areas. Anti-wrinkle injections do not remove deep, fixed lines, they may reduce them slightly, and they will stop them from getting worse. Still, if they are deep, you will also require other treatments such as RadioFrequency, EndyMed, Microneedling or Dermal Filler.
When administered correctly, anti-wrinkle injections will typically last for 3 – 4 months (however individual factors apply and some clients get a longer or shorter duration than this).This treatment includes a free review and top up if our nurse feels it’s needed between 14-21 days following your appointment. After this time a fee of £50 will apply, no top ups after 6 weeks, full price will apply. Anti Wrinkle treatments treat the muscle and not the skin, therefore any existing lines at rest will soften but not completely go.

If you are able to have this treatment, we cannot guarantee that this can be done at the time of your consultation, this will depend on the practitioner and stock available. Clinics are generally held weekly. A consultation and prescription is a legal requirement. The £25 consultation fee will be deducted off your first treatment with our nurse, if taken within a 4 week period of the initial consultation.
